Off to Canada

The 66th annual Society of Vertebrate Paleontology meetings will be held next week in Ottawa, Ontario. Several symposiums are gathering scientist across the global to discuss key innovations in the field, including a symposium to highlight new studies in developmental biology and their application to fossil vertebrates. Talks will also be given on new breakthroughs in 3D imaging of fossils, and the origin of modern whales. I will be attending the meeting, presenting a scientific poster on discoveries made last summer.
It should be an interesting congregation of both novice and renown scientists.
